Turn your grill to medium heat.
Place chicken on the grill.
Baste with Apple Chipotle Sauce.
Sprinkle with Seasoning Salt.
Repeat when time to turn. 8-10 minutes per side.
Spray a heated skillet with a generous amount of cooking spray and immediately lay pieces of bread in the skillet. Turn when toasted. Repeat for the amount of bread desired.
Thin slice a tomato and tear a few leaves of lettuce.
Combine all and serve.
