Fresh jalapeños filled with cream cheese wrapped in crispy bacon. They are everyone's favorite tailgating snack!
Cut the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds. Heat the oven to broil and roast the jalapeños for 8 minutes until the skin is blistered. Remove and allow to cool.
Combine the cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of AP sauce and stir until well blended.
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Once the jalapeños have cooled, place a spoonful of the AP cream cheese mixture in each jalapeño. Top with pulled pork, then wrap a strip of bacon around each popper. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the bacon crisps up. If needed, increase the temperature to broil at the end to help crisp the bacon.
While the jalapeños are cooking, combine honey, mayo, and the remaining 2 tablespoons of AP sauce in a bottle and shake to mix. Remove the poppers from the oven, drizzle with the sweet AP mayo, and serve immediately!
