Season the chicken tenders with Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt and olive oil. Heat a pan to medium and cook the chicken for about 4 minutes.
Coat the flatbreads in ranch dressing, then top with mozzarella, chicken, red onion, and jalapenos. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
