Big, juicy meatballs with a nice sauce smothered in cheese, packed with garlic and sweet onion.
Combine ingredients, mix well and shape into 12 meatballs.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400 for 30 minutes. (Pro tip: cover the baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup).
For the last 2 minutes, cover meatballs with cheese.
Put meatballs in the roll, cover with barbecue sauce.
