Black Bean and Corn Salsa

This black bean and corn salsa is a beautifully fun summer recipe that can be served on its own, or with tortilla chips.

Black Bean and Corn Salsa

 2 (15 oz). cans black beans, drained
 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
 1 (14.5 oz) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained
 1 red bell pepper, diced
 3 scallions, sliced
 1 red onion, finely chopped
 ½ cup chopped silantro
 ½ cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce
 1 tbsp lime juice
 1 tsp ground cumin
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 salt and papper to taste

Drain the beans; rinse and drain well


Combine the beans, drained corn, diced tomatoes, red pepper, scallions, and cilantro in a bowl.


Add the Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce, lime juice, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix gently.


Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
