Preheat the oven to 400. Combine chili powder, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt in a bowl until well mixed. Set aside.
Lay bacon out on a rack so it is able to crisp up. Coat each piece of bacon in the brown sugar mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the bacon. Once bacon looks crisp, remove from the oven and let cool.
Toast your buns by spreading mayo on each bun then searing on a hot skillet, mayo side down.
Build your BLT by topping buns with lettuce, tomato, bacon and avocado and it is ready to serve!
