Charred veggies with Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce

Ingredients
3 Roma tomatoes, halved
1 egg plant, sliced
1 red onion, quartered
1 zucchini, quartered
1 yellow squash, quartered
1pkg sliced Portobello mushrooms
3 mini red sweet peppers, halved
3 mini yellow sweet peppers, halved
1/4cup olive oil (to drizzle)
1Tbsp Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt
1/2cup Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
Instructions
Smoker Option
1
Preheat the smoker to 250°F.
Place the cut veggies on a grilling tray.
Drizzle the veggies with olive oil.
Sprinkle the top of the veggies with seasoning salt.
Place the grilling tray with veggies on the smoker.
Smoke the veggies for 1 hour or until they are charred.
Once charred, drizzle the veggies with Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce.
Continue cooking for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Charcoal Grill Option

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place the veggies directly over the heat.
Cook the veggies until they are charred.
Once charred, drizzle the veggies with Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce.
