2 large lobster tails
4 tbsp butter unsalted
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp fresh oregano leaves
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
1 tbsp Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt

Heat a grill to medium high heat. Cut the lobster tails in half by first cutting through both sides of the shell with a pair of kitchen scissors. Then cut through the meat. Rinse each tail and dry it off as much as you can then season with Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt and set aside.

Place a small heat safe bowl on the grill and add the butter. Using a cheese grater, grate the garlic into the butter. Add the red pepper flakes, lemon juice, Country Bob’s Cajun Seasoning and oregano. Set this to the side to simmer.

Place the lobster tails on the grill meat side down for 5 minutes then turn onto its shell and baste with the butter until glistening. Cook for another 3-4 minutes then remove and plate with the remainder of the butter for dipping. Serve with potatoes, veggies or pasta!
