1

Preheat the oven to 225. Rinse and pat your ribs dry, then peel the membrane off of the bottom of the ribs. Discard the membrane then slather the ribs in mustard. Once covered in mustard, season the ribs with Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika and cinnamon.

In a large dish, place the ribs meat side up. Pour the apple juice on the bottom of the pan then wrap the dish with foil or an oven safe lid. Slow roast the ribs for 3 hours.

While the ribs are roasting, prepare the BBQ sauce by adding Country Bob’s Hickory and Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce to a food processor with blackberries. Process until the fruit and sauce is well blended.

When the ribs are done, remove the foil and pour out any remaining apple juice. Slather the ribs in the BBQ sauce, saving a little for later and place ribs back in the oven for another 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove ribs and they are ready to serve!
