Country Bob’s BBQ Eggrolls

Ingredients

Smoked Pulled Pork
Country Bob's Original Barbecue Sauce
Eggroll wrappers
Vegetable oil for frying

Dressing:

1/2 cup mayo
2 1/4 Tbsp milk
2 1/4 Tbsp buttermilk
1 1/4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 3/4 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp Country Bob's Seasoning Salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Coleslaw Mix:

12 oz. shredded green cabbage
4 oz. shredded red cabbage
1/3 cup carrots (grated)
1 jalapeño (minced (remove seeds))

Instructions

MIX
Combine ingredients for coleslaw and dressing. Mix well. Let chill in the refrigerator for one hour.

WRAPAdd smoked pork, coleslaw mix, and Country Bob's Original Barbecue Sauce to each eggroll wrapper. Wrap and seal with water.

FRY
Heat the oil to 350 degrees. Fry egg rolls until golden brown.

SERVE
Serve with more Country Bob's Original Barbecue Sauce for dipping!
