BBQ salmon + salad + sandwich? A fun and unique recipe you don't want to miss out on! An even blend of veggies and salmon covered in our Hickory & Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce topped with bacon make this recipe the perfect combination of sweet and savory.
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400.
Coat salmon in salt and pepper then cover it in Country Bob’s Hickory and Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce.
Cook salmon for 10-15 minutes until salmon is opaque and cooked through. Remove and let salmon cool. (If you have time, place in the fridge for 15 minutes)
Prep veggies by dicing and mincing them. The smaller the better. In a large bowl combine capers, red onion, green onions, lemon juice, celery, red bell pepper, mayo, sour cream, dried dill and a dash of salt and pepper.
Once salmon has cooled, add to the bowl and stir to break up salmon and mix with the veggies.
Build your sandwich by placing a scoop of salmon on your bun topped with bacon, tomatoes and lettuce. Serve now or place in the fridge and eat later!
