Country Bob’s Cajun Salmon is an easy and flavorful meal to make during busy weeknights!
Rinse the salmon filet and pat dry. Preheat a grill or cast iron pan to medium-high heat. Season with Country Bob’s Cajun Seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, cracked pepper, and cayenne pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
Place the salmon skin-side up on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes. The salmon shouldn’t stick; if it does, leave it for another minute or two.
Flip salmon and reduce heat to medium. Place a couple of lemon slices on the salmon. Cook salmon for an additional 3-4 minutes until the middle is cooked through. Remove and serve over rice!
