Using an instant pot, pressure cook the pork with bbq seasoning, Country Bob’s Honey BBQ Sauce and apple juice for 40 minutes at high heat.
While pork is cooking make the Mac and Cheese.
In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat and stir in the flour. Cook this mixture for about 4-5 minutes and add milk. Stir the macaroni noodles into the mixture and bring to a simmer stirring constantly so the noodles don’t stick to the pan. Once the noodles have become soft, after about 8 minutes, stir the cheese into the noodles until it is entirely melted. Turn the heat off and set aside.
The pork should be completed by now, so open the instant pot and shred the pork with a couple forks, making sure to mix it in well with the sauce.
Pour a healthy portion of mac and cheese into a bowl and top with pulled pork. You can garnish with green onions, jalapenos and more Country Bob’s Honey BBQ Sauce and serve!
