In a large bowl season your chicken wings with onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, dried cilantro, dried garlic flakes, red pepper flakes, baking powder (to crisp the skin), Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt and olive oil. Stir the wings so they’re completely covered in the seasonings.
Preheat your smoker or grill to 250°F. If using an oven, preheat to 275°F. Smoke the wings for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
While the wings are smoking, heat a saucepan to medium heat. Melt the butter then stir in sriracha, Country Bob’s Sweet Honey BBQ Sauce and Frank’s Red Hot followed by the sweet chili sauce. Turn heat to low and mix until thoroughly blended.
Pull wings off the smoker and toss them in your sauce. Turn the heat on your smoker, grill or oven up to 450°F. Return the wings to the smoker and crisp up the skin for about 15 minutes. Remove the wings to a baking sheet and top with green onion and fried garlic flakes and enjoy!
