Crockpot Stuffed Peppers

Who doesn't love a good stuffed pepper recipe...and one you can walk away for the rest of the day? This slow-cooker stuffed pepper recipe cooks for around six hours. Set up your crockpot or even your instant pot go to work and come home to enjoy a healthy hearty meal.

 1 ½ lbs ground beef or ground turkey burger or chicken
 6 large Bell green peppers
 1 bag Boil-a-Bag Rice2 cups of rice
 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
 Salt and pepper to taste

Cook rice according to package instructions. Drain well.

In a medium bowl, mix together meat, rice, seasonings and Country Bob's All Purpose sauce until thoroughly blended.

Cut tops from peppers and remove seeds. Fill peppers loosely with meat and rice mixture.

Add 1/2 can tomato sauce to the button of the crockpot. Place peppers inside. Cover with remaining sauce.

Cook on low approximately 6 hours. About one-half hour before peppers are done, remove the top from crockpot and cover peppers with the second can of tomato sauce mixed with remaining 2 T of Country Bob's Sauce.
