Deviled Eggs

One of the Boys isn't keen on Deviled Eggs (*cough*, Nate) but even he said that he'd be willing to give these devilish delicacies a taste.

perfect deviled eggs

 12 eggs
 2 tsp prepared mustard
 2 tsp Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce
 ¼ cup mayonnaise
 1 tsp Country Bob's Seasoning Salt
Optional:
 1 tsp onion powder
 1 tsp dill weed
 1 tbsp chopped chives
 1 dill pickle spear, very finely diced

Place eggs in large saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Immediately drain and run eggs under cold water to stop cooking.

Peel eggs and halve lengthwise.

Remove yolks and place in small bowl. Mash with a fork. Add remaining ingredients except seasoning salt and stir until thoroughly mixed.

Spoon or pipe mixture into egg white halves. Top with seasoning salt.
