Easter Egg Casserole

 8 eggs
 12 pork sausage
 1 lb bacon
 0.25 cup onion, diced
 2 milk
 0.25 cup red and green bell pepper, diced
 1 16 oz. package frozen hash brown potatoes
 3 cheddar cheese, shredded
 8 Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
 1 tbsp Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.


Lightly grease a 7 by 11 inch casserole dish.


Fry bacon and sausage in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned.
Drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Crumble.


Beat together eggs and milk In a large bowl.
Mix in cheese, bacon, All Purpose Sauce, Seasoning Salt, onion and bell peppers.
Stir in the thawed hash browns.


Pour Egg Casserole mixture into casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.


Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes until eggs have set.
