Flat Iron Steak is a great choice when you have several people at the house and the leftovers make great sandwiches as well!

Place the steak inside of a large resealable bag or in a bowl.
Marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
Place on grill over medium-high heat. Cook steak for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or to your desired degree of doneness. Occasionally baste with the marinade.
Remove from grill and allow them to rest for 5 minutes. Cut into quarter inch slices. Serve with All Purpose Sauce.
Wash potatoes and place in microwave for 4-5 minutes. Cut in half.
Pour olive oil in a bowl or plate and cover each potato with oil. Sprinkle with Seasoning Salt.
Place on grill just long enough to make grill marks. Turn for another 3-4 minutes.
Serve with All Purpose Sauce, some steamed broccoli florets and french bread.
