Garlic Steak

Garlic Steak equals steak with flavor! This beautiful marinade adds an exquisite flavor to these already tender steaks. The final result will be so tender and juicy, it will melt in your mouth!


 0.50 lb rib-eye steaks (2)
 0.75 cup Country Bob's Marinade
 3 tbsp minced garlic
 2 tbsp honey
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp ground black pepper
 1 pinch cayenne pepper

In a medium bowl, mix the Country Bob’s Marinade, garlic, honey, olive oil, black pepper and cayenne pepper.


Place steaks in a shallow glass dish with the marinade. Turn to coat. For optimum flavor, rub the liquid into the meat.


Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
(you can alternatively mix ingredients in a large zip-lock bag and then put meat into the bag)


Preheat grill to medium-high to high heat.


Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill steaks 7 minutes per side, or to the desired doneness. Discard leftover marinade.


This garlic steak is ready to eat!
