Celebrate National Grilled Cheese Day with this Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese! The perfect combo of creamy provolone, Hot Honey Buffalo chicken, and a touch of garlic mayo spread on toasted bread.
In a medium bowl add the whipped cream cheese, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Whip together with a hand mixer until combined. Add Country Bob’s Hot Honey Buffalo Wing Sauce and cooked chicken.
In a small bowl add 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp of garlic paste and parsley (optional, for color) and mix until combined.
Arrange four slices of bread, add one slice of provolone per slice.
Divide the filling evenly for each slice on top of the provolone, then add the second slice of provolone and slice of bread per sandwich.
Spread the mayo mixture evenly on the top slice of bread.
Remove from heat and enjoy!
