Bacon-wrapped carrots are sweet and tender, wrapped with bacon, and glazed with maple syrup and All Purpose Sauce. An easy holiday side dish!
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Clean the carrots then wrap each one in a strip of bacon. Set carrots aside.
Mix AP sauce with maple syrup and melted butter.
Brush the AP glaze on the bacon saving some for later and place wrapped carrots in the oven. Cook for 15 minutes then remove. Brush with the rest of the AP glaze and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
If bacon is not crispy, increase heat to broil for 2-3 minutes then remove.
Sprinkle black pepper over the carrots and garnish with green onions then serve!
