Marinade chops by placing them in a large pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. You can also marinate using a resealable plastic bag. Turn bag frequently to distribute marinade.
Preheat grill for high heat. Remove chops from bag.
Place the chops on the grill and season with Country Bob's Seasoning Salt. Grill the pork chops for 5 to 7 minutes per side, adding Country Bob's Seasoning Salt after turning. You can also baste with additional marinade after turning.
Remove the chops from the grill when done and let them rest for 5 minutes. Don’t forget to have a bottle of Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce handy while eating!
We also grilled some corn on the cob and a potatoes and onion dish on the side. This was a great lunch on a great grill. Primo definitely made things easy.
