Pork tenderloin is delicious and cooked to perfection. This is a go-to for the Country Bob’s Boys. This recipe is incredible, no matter the time of year.

pork tenderloin

 1 Pork Tenderloin
 18 oz 1 bottle Country Bob’s Marinade
2 tsp 1 teaspoon Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt
 1 tsp vegetable oil
1

Put pork in gallon-sized Ziploc bag and add enough Country Bob’s Marinade to cover entirely. Chill forat least 3 hours.

2

Put cast iron pan into oven and preheat to 450°F.

3

Trim off any large pieces of surface fat, pat the pork dry with paper towels and rub Country Bob's Seasoning Salt on all sides of pork.

4

Add oil to pan and swirl to coat.

5

Place the tenderloin in the pan and roast for 10 minutes.

6

Flip the meat, reduce heat to 400°F and continue roasting for approximately 15 minutes. The pork is done when its internal temperature registers 140°F, 20-25 minutes total.

7

Remove the pan from the oven and transfer the pork to a clean cutting board. Tent loosely with aluminum foil, and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.

Tip!
8

Be careful not to overcook pork. Medium temperature (140°F ) prevents your tenderloin from becoming too dry.
