Pork tenderloin is delicious and cooked to perfection. This is a go-to for the Country Bob’s Boys. This recipe is incredible, no matter the time of year.
Put the pork in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag and add enough Country Bob’s Marinade to cover entirely. Chill for at least 3 hours.
Put a cast iron pan into the oven and preheat to 450°F.
Trim off any large pieces of surface fat, pat the pork dry with paper towels, and rub Country Bob's Seasoning Salt on all sides of the pork.
Add oil to the pan and swirl to coat.
Place the tenderloin in the pan and roast for 10 minutes.
Flip the meat, reduce the heat to 400°F, and continue roasting for approximately 15 minutes. The pork is done when its internal temperature registers 140°F, for a total of 20-25 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and transfer the pork to a clean cutting board. Tent loosely with aluminum foil, and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
Be careful not to overcook pork. Medium temperature (140°F ) prevents your tenderloin from becoming too dry.
