 Bone in pork butt (shoulder)
 1 cup Apple Juice

Set your smoker temperature to 250°

Coat the top of the pork butt (fat cap) with Country Bob's Seasoning Salt

Smoke until internal temp reaches 160° and then put in foil pan with one cup of apple juice, cover and smoke until internal temp reaches 195-200°

Shred pork and add more Country Bob's Seasoning Salt to taste

Add your favorite Country Bob's Barbecue Sauce for dipping, serve, and enjoy!
