Pre-heat oven to broil. Soak skewers in water. Cut chicken thighs into bite sized chunks and season with a little salt and pepper.
Coat chicken in about 1/4 cup of Country Bob’s Roasted Pineapple Black Pepper Wing Sauce.
Skewer and place on an oven safe tray and broil for about 10 minutes.
Flip and broil for another 5-8 minutes until chicken is charred and cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, heat a pan to medium high heat. Add sesame oil, olive oil, minced garlic and sliced shallot.
Sautee for 3-4 minutes until soft, then add the chili pepper and broccoli florets.
Continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes until broccoli is cooked through.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and set aside.
Place the rice on your plate first, followed by the veggies.
Top with chicken skewers, sesame seeds, and green onions.
