Ingredients

2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

8-10 ounces tortilla chips

1⁄2 cup diced tomatoes

1⁄2 cup sweet corn

1⁄2 cup black beans rinsed

1⁄2 avocado sliced

1⁄2 lime quartered

1⁄2 cup feta cheese

1⁄2 cup sour cream

Cilantro to garnish

Chopped green onions to garnish

8 ounces fresh shredded Colby Jack cheese

1 bottle of Country Bob’s Chili Lime wing sauce for drizzling

-Preheat oven to 350°

-Layer tortilla chips on a 13x9 cooking sheet

-Top chips with 4 ounces shredded cheese

-Add shredded chicken

-Add sweet corn

-Add black beans

-Add remaining 4 ounces of shredded cheese

-Top with diced tomatoes

-Top with feta cheese

-Place nachos in oven and bake until cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes

-Remove from oven and add sour cream

-Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro

-Drizzle nachos with Country Bob’s Chili Lime wing sauce
