Pre-game the main meal with these Smoked Garlic and Brown Sugar Beef Nachos! Loaded with Oaxaca cheese, Smoked Garlic and Brown Sugar coated beef, and jalapenos! Top it with cilantro, avocado, pickled onions.
Season country style ribs with salt and pepper. In an instant pot, use the sauté function to brown each side of the ribs until they begin to release oil. After about 8 minutes, turn off the sauté function, add ¼ cup of Country Bob’s Smoked Garlic and Brown Sugar Wing Sauce, stir, and place the lid on the pressure cooker.
Pressure cook the ribs for 1 hour and let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes.
Remove the beef from the pot and shred with a fork. Add some of the liquid from the pot to the beef and set aside. Place chips on a foil-lined baking sheet or an oven-safe dish, then top with grated Oaxaca cheese, shredded beef, and jalapeños.
Broil the nachos for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts. Remove from the oven and top with cilantro, avocado, pickled onions, and any other nacho toppings you prefer!
