Southwest meatballs use Country Bob's Honey Habanero All Purpose Sauce for an extra kick of flavor! We're always down to spice things up, but if you're looking for a more classic taste, try substituting with the original All Purpose Sauce too!

First, preheat oven to 400°
In a large bowl combine Country Bob's Barbeque Sauce, beef, pork, bell pepper, cilantro, red onion, green onion, jalapeño, garlic, egg and cheese.
Using your hands, mix all the ingredients until the pork and beef are well blended. If your mixture is too moist, use breadcrumbs to firm it up a bit.
Once thoroughly mixed, form meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
Next, place meatballs on a baking sheet with a rack so they stay elevated. This will prevent them from falling apart in their juices while they cook.
Then, sprinkle Country Bob's Seasoning Salt on each of the meatballs and place them in the oven for 30 minutes.
Once 30 minutes is up, take the meatballs out and turn the oven to broil. Put them in a large bowl and coat them in Country Bob's Honey Habanero All Purpose Sauce.
Place the meatballs back on the rack and broil them for 2 minutes or until the recently added sauce begins to caramelize.
Remove from the oven, stick each meatball with a toothpick and garnish with the rest of the diced green onion.
Use Country Bob's Barbeque Sauce for dipping. The southwest meatballs are ready to serve!
