Who doesn’t like Kielbasa? This is a simple crowd pleaser that everyone will love. It’s great for tailgating and parties or just backyard BBQ.
Cut your Kielbasa into pieces: 3 or 4-inch chunks and put into pan.
We’re tailgating so we used a foil pan for easy clean up.
Cut your onions into wedges; break them up as you add them to the pan.
Add the garlic if you’re going to.
Pour Country Bob's Original Barbecue Sauce over everything and mix.
You are ready for the pellet grill, smoke at 350°F (177°C) for an hour and a half until the sauce thickens and the onions and garlic get soft.
Serve on a plate or with buns.
