Heat 2 tablespoons of oil on medium-high in a nonstick skillet.
Pour All Purpose Sauce into a bowl. Dip/baste fish into sauce.
Place in batches into skillet. (2 at a time)
Season tilapia with seasoning salt as it cooks. Repeat after turning.
Cook until cooked through. 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Add more oil to skillet if necessary.
Let cool, then break into pieces.
Place tortilla shells in pan and turn it off.
This will be enough to bring them up to a warm temperature.
Finely chop the cilantro and red cabbage.
Place some fish on a warm tortilla shell or two.
Add red cabbage, red onion, mango, cilantro and cheese.
Top with Chipotle Crema.
Serve with a slice of fresh lime.
optional: If you don’t care for feta cheese try adding a chopped tomato to the mix.
