Tender sirloin steak wrapped in crispy bacon drizzled with All Purpose Sauce on an easy-to-eat stick! It's the perfect game day party appetizer.
Cut sirloin steak into equal sized cubes and skewer 4 pieces to a skewer. Season with salt and pepper then twist bacon around each skewer tucking the end of the bacon in so it doesn’t come apart while cooking.
Set the grill up for cooking with direct medium heat, about 350°F to 400°F internal temperature with the lid closed. Grill the skewers over direct heat for 6-8 minutes (or until the bacon is crispy) rotating every 2 minutes.
Remove the skewers and let them rest for 3-5 minutes. Plate skewers and drizzle with the AP glaze and serve!
