Flat Iron Steak is a great choice when you have several people at the house and the leftovers make great sandwiches as well!
Place the steak inside a large resealable bag or a bowl and marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
Place the steak on a grill over medium-high heat. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or to your desired doneness, occasionally basting with the marinade.
Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Cut into ¼-inch slices and serve with Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce.
Wash the potatoes and microwave them for 4-5 minutes. Cut them in half, then coat each potato with olive oil. Sprinkle with Country Bob's Seasoning Salt.
Place the potatoes on the grill long enough to create grill marks, then turn and grill for another 3-4 minutes. Serve with Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce, steamed broccoli florets, and French bread.
