We got a call from someone looking for an old recipe from years ago. So we searched for our incredible Stuffed Pepper recipe that is simple and delicious. Set up your crockpot or your instant pot, go to work, and come home to enjoy a healthy, hearty meal.
Blanch peppers in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes and drain well.
Cook ground beef with onions and drain excess grease from the pan.
Cook rice, add to Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce, ketchup, garlic and meat mixture.
Stuff peppers with meat mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
