Turkey Lettuce Wraps are low in calories and high in flavor! This recipe is a great calorie and cost alternative to those addicting restaurant wraps we all love. And of course the Country Bob’s puts this recipe’s flavor over the top!
Ingredients
Turkey:
3lbs ground turkey
1/2cup chopped onion
6inches fresh ginger (minced)
1cup chopped water chestnuts (canned)
1cup slivered almonds
3 garlic cloves (minced)
3/4cup Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
1tsp Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt
3/4cup Hoisin sauce
3bags Romaine Lettuce whole leaves
Fresh basil & cilantro
Chives
Sauce:
1/4cup Country Bob’s Marinade (or soy sauce)
1/4cup Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
2oz Rice Vinegar
2Tbsp Sriracha sauce
Instructions

Sauté the meat and drain the fat.

Add onions, ginger, almonds, water chestnuts, Country Bob's Seasoning Salt and sauces.

Heat until onions are translucent.

Finally, add garlic. Don’t overcook the garlic! Just a couple of minutes is plenty.

Wash and dry your Romaine lettuce leaves.

Garnish with fresh basil, cilantro & chives.
