Smoked Garlic & Brown Sugar Wings Instructions
- Preheat your Smoker or grill to 400 degrees and set it up for indirect grilling.
- Pat your chicken wings dry with a paper towel. This will help the skin get crispy.
- Season the wings with Country Bob's Seasoning Salt and place on grill.
- Flip regularly and adjust heat if necessary.
- Remove from grill between 165 and 175 degrees internal temperature.
- Sauce with Country Bob's Smoked Garlic Brown Sugar Wing Sauce and enjoy!
