BBQ Beef Ribs are a delicious and filling alternative to your traditional rack of pork ribs. Prevent them from drying out by cooking them low 'n slow over indirect heat. Try out this recipe with one of two cuts of beef ribs - back ribs or short ribs. Don't forget the sauce!
Peel off membrane from bone side of ribs and then dust with kosher salt, Country Bobs Seasoning Salt and black pepper.
Smoke at 250° for 3 hours meat side up.
Remove ribs, wrap them with foil and place back on smoker for an additional 2 hours.
Next, open up foil and add your favorite Country Bob’s BBQ Sauce.
Continue to smoke for an additional 30-45 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
