Instructions

  1. Prepare the Corn

    Melt one stick of butter and add 1-2 cloves of minced garlic and 1 Tbs of Country Bob’s Cajun Seasoning Salt and 1 Tbs of cracked black pepper (or to taste.)

  1. Grill the Corn

    While your kebabs are cooking, put dehusked corn on an upper rack to start cooking. When your kebabs are resting and the corn has started to soften, raise the temperature of your grill to high and move the corn closer to the hear. Grill until the kernels have charred slightly, then remove from the heat. Pour the melted butter/garlic mixture over the corn, and add more Country Bob’s Cajun Seasoning Salt if desired.
