Chicken Bacon Ranch Crunchy Wrap

Just in time for summer our version of a Crunch Wrap Supreme! We combine our signature marinade and seasoning salt to create a mouthwatering flavor every bite. Add crispy tostada throughout to provide an extra layer of delightful crunch. Try our version of a Crunch Wrap today!

Instructions

  1. Tenderize and Marinate Chicken

    Using a fork, poke the chicken breast up and down on both sides to tenderize. Place chicken breast in a bowl and top with Country Bob’s Marinade. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to 12 hours.

  2. Cook Chicken and Bacon

    Remove chicken breast from marinade and rinse marinade from the breast. Pat chicken dry then season with Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt. Heat a pan to medium and cook bacon slices until crisp and remove. In the same pan cook chicken breast in bacon fat for about 4 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165. Remove from the heat and set aside to rest.

  3. Assemble the Crunchy Wrap

    Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Sprinkle cheese in the middle of the tortilla, top with 2 slices of bacon and a good amount of chicken. Place the tostada on top of the chicken and add shredded lettuce and tomato on top of the tostada. Pour a little bit of ranch on top then begin folding the outer edges of the tortilla in until you’ve created a 5 sided shape. Heat a pan to medium heat again and place the tortilla folded side down on the pan. Toast for about 4 minutes, until the tortilla holds its shape. Flip and toast the other side of the crunchy wrap for another 4 minutes.

  4. Serve

    Cut in half then serve with ranch for dipping!
