Prepare the Drumsticks
- Preheat your grill to 375 degrees.
- Trim chicken drumsticks by flattening the knuckle and removing the skin from the bone section. Make sure to remove the pin bone that runs along the drumstick.
- Slice the end of the bone to make your lollipop "handle"
- Using Country Bob's All Purpose sauce as a binder, coat your drum sticks.
- Rub with Country Bob's Seasoning salt
- *Pro tip* Wrap the bone ends with tinfoil. This will prevent them from getting too dark.

Cook the Drumsticks
- Place Chicken Lollipops on the smoker, cooking indirectly.
- Cook until the internal temperature hits 175 degrees.
- Remove drumsticks from grill and remove tin foil for plating.
