  1. Prepare the Shrimp
    1. Season the Shrimp
      In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil and a generous sprinkle of Country Bob’s Cajun Seasoning.
    2. Cook the Shrimp
      Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the shrimp until cooked through (pink and opaque), about 2–3 minutes per side.
    3. Add the Sauce
      Once shrimp are cooked, reduce heat slightly and toss them with Country Bob’s Chili Lime Wing Sauce until well coated. Set aside.

      In a mixing bowl, whisk together a few tablespoons of Chili Lime Wing Sauce and agave syrup. Add the cabbage slaw mix and chopped cilantro. Toss until evenly coated.

      Warm tortillas and layer with chili lime slaw, shrimp, diced red onion, and crumbled queso fresco.
