Instructions

  1. Chicken

In a bowl, coat chicken in cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

Heat a pan to medium and melt butter. When butter is melted, add chicken to the pan and lightly fry until cooked through.

About 4 minutes per side. When chicken is cooked, remove from pan and set aside.

  2. Firecracker Sauce

Reduce heat to medium-low. Add garlic cloves and saute for 3 minutes until they are soft.

Once soft add Country Bob’s Chili Lime Wing Sauce, Lime juice, red chili flakes, soy sauce, sriracha and Lime zest.

Lightly simmer until sauce begins to thicken. It shouldn’t take more than 4-5 minutes.

  3. Finish

Once sauce has thickened, turn off the heat and add chicken back into the pan.

Stir to coat the chicken in the sauce then garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and it’s ready to serve!
