Ingredients
Instructions
-
Chicken
Preheat the oven to broil.
Coat chicken thighs in about 1/2 cup of Country Bob’s Hot Honey Buffalo Wing Sauce and place on an oven safe pan.
Broil for 12-15 minutes until chicken is charred and cooked all the way through.
Remove chicken and let it cool.
-
Dip
Heat a pan to medium heat. Roughly chop chicken into small pieces and add to the pan along with cream cheese and ¾ cup ranch (saving the last ¼ cup). Cook and stir until well blended, about 5 minutes.
Mix in ½ cup cheddar and ½ cup Mozzarella cheese and continue stirring.
Transfer to an oven safe dish and top with the rest of the cheese and sliced celery. Broil the dip for about 5-6 minutes until the cheese is melted and has browned a little bit.
Remove and drizzle with a few lines of ranch and Hot Honey Buffalo Wing Sauce then top with green onions and your dip is ready to eat!
-
ASSEMBLY
Place the rice on your plate first, followed by the veggies.
Top with chicken skewers, sesame seeds, and green onions.
