
Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese

Prepare the filling and spread for outsides of the sandwiches

In a medium bowl add the whipped cream cheese, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Whip together with a hand mixer until combined. Add Country Bob’s Hot Honey Buffalo Wing Sauce and cooked chicken.

In a small bowl add 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp of garlic paste and parsley (optional, for color) and mix until combined.

Prepare the sandwiches

Arrange four slices of bread, add one slice of provolone per slice.

Divide the filling evenly for each slice on top of the provolone, then add the second slice of provolone and slice of bread per sandwich.

Spread the mayo mixture evenly on the top slice of bread.

Grill the sandwiches
- Over medium high heat on a skillet or griddle, place each sandwich with the side already prepared with the mayo mixture facing down.
- Then spread the outside of the second slice of bread with the mayo mixture.
- Continue to cook until the first side is golden brown, then carefully flip the sandwiches and cook until the second side is also golden brown.
