Instructions

  1. Marinate the Wings

Place the wings in a large bowl and pour Country Bob’s Marinade over them. Move the wings around to ensure they are fully coated. Let the wings sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 3 hours.

  2. Remove Excess Marinade

Remove the wings and rinse the marinade off.

  3. Season the Wings

Dry wings with a paper towel then season with Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt, garlic powder, paprika and brown sugar. Set aside.

  4. Prepare the Smoker

Preheat your smoker to 225°F, ensuring it reaches the correct temperature before adding the wings.

  5. Smoke the Wings

Place the seasoned wings in the smoker and let them smoke for 1 hour, absorbing the rich, smoky flavor.

  1. Cool the Wings

Once smoked, remove the wings from the smoker and let them cool for 2-3 minutes. This helps the flavors settle and makes them easier to handle.

  1. Serve and Enjoy

Your wings are now ready to be enjoyed! Serve them as they are or with your favorite dipping sauce.
