Ingredients
3lbs. Fresh whole chicken wings
Olive oil

Directions

Preheat smoker to 275°. Pat wings dry with a paper towel. Brush wings with olive oil and then sprinkle wings with seasoning salt.

Let rest for 15 minutes. Place wings on preheated smoker and cook for about 45 minutes or until internal temp is 155°.

Pour or brush wing sauce on all wings and cook for another 15-20 minutes or until internal temp is 165°.
