Instructions

  1. Prepare the Wings

    Preheat the smoker to 275°F. Pat the wings dry with a paper towel, brush them with olive oil, and sprinkle with seasoning salt.

  2. Smoke the Wings

    Let the wings rest for 15 minutes. Place them on the preheated smoker and cook for about 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.

  3. Sauce and Finish Cooking

    Pour or brush wing sauce on all wings and cook for another 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
