Grilled Flat Iron Steak

Description

Flat iron steaks come from the chuck but are incredibly tender. Season this great cut with Country Bob's Seasoning Salt and grill it hot and fast on a charcoal grill for the best steak you have ever had. Serve Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce on the side.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak

    Baste the steak on both sides with balsamic vinegar. Season the steak on both sides with Country Bob's Seasoning Salt.

  2. Let the Steak Rest

    Allow the steak to come to room temperature while you prepare your grill (30 minutes).

  3. Grill the Steak

    Heat your grill to High and get the grates to at least 500°F. Grill the steak for four minutes on one side then flip and grill for three minutes on the other.

  4. Finish and Serve

    Remove the steak from the grill when it reaches an internal temperature of 130F. Slice, enjoy and serve with Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce on the side.
