Begin your day with our Hash Brown and Sausage Skillet! This dish features country-style breakfast sausage, fresh vegetables, crispy golden hash browns, all topped with our savory All Purpose Sauce Gravy.

  1. Prepare the Veggies

    Prep all of your veggies by slicing the red bell pepper and 3/4 of the red onion into strips, slicing the jalapeno into circles, dicing the russet potato, and mincing the garlic. Mince the remaining 1/4 of red onion.

  2. Cook the Potatoes and Sausage

    Heat a pan to medium heat. Add the olive oil then add the potatoes. Cook the potatoes for about 10 minutes until they are starting to brown and becoming soft. Add the breakfast sausage and cook for another 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through. Add the veggies along with Country Bob’s Seasoning salt. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes until the veggies are soft.

  3. Make the Gravy

    In a separate pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and minced onion, sautéing for 4 minutes. While this cooks, mix Country Bob’s AP sauce, cornstarch, and beef stock in a bowl. After 4 minutes, pour the mixture into the pot and stir for about 10 minutes until it thickens.

  4. Cook the Eggs and Combine

    Push the veggies and sausage in the main pan to one side and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs on the one side until cooked through then combine with the rest of the skillet. Pour gravy over the top and breakfast is ready!
