Instructions

  1. Fry the Wings

Dry chicken wings as much as possible. Then fry naked wings at 375°F until golden and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. While the wings are frying, make the sauce.

  2. Prepare the Sauce

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. Season the Sauce

Add black pepper, paprika, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine everything.

  4. Add the Liquids

Turn the heat down to medium-low and add Country Bob’s AP sauce. Then, add Dijon mustard, apricot jelly, and water. Stir until everything is well combined.

  5. Thicken the Sauce

Turn the heat back up to medium and stir until the sauce begins to bubble and thicken. Once the sauce is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, turn off the heat and cover the sauce with a lid.

  6. Coat and Serve

Once wings are golden and cooked through, toss in the sauce until fully coated. Top with some parsley or diced green onion and serve!
