Instructions

  1. Prepare the Eggs

Hard boil the eggs in a large pot for 15 minutes. Remove from the boiling water and immediately submerge in ice-cold water. Let the eggs sit until they are cool to the touch. Take the shells off the eggs and cut each egg in half. Carefully remove the yolk and place it in a bowl. Set the egg whites aside.

  2. Make the Filling

Once you have all the yolks in a bowl, add Dijon mustard and crumble two strips of bacon into the bowl. Add mayo and Country Bob’s AP Sauce, then mash together with a fork until the consistency is smooth. If the mixture is too solid, add a couple of tablespoons of chicken broth to loosen it up.

  3. Assemble the Deviled Eggs

Place the mixture in a Ziplock bag and cut off one of the bottom corners. Pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites using the Ziplock bag. Take your other two pieces of bacon and place a small piece in each egg yolk. Dust with dried cilantro and paprika and serve!
